Review and launch an Auto Outreach campaign

Review drafts, understand full-suite publishing authority and resolve readiness blockers before outreach runs.

Before you start

  • A saved website preview starts as draft campaigns. Full agent management can subsequently publish an eligible draft when its stored launch requirements pass; it does not always wait for an additional manual Publish click.
  • Review the campaign before authorizing handoff. If you need time to edit without agent changes, inspect the controls and turn off the full suite for that campaign. To stop an already published campaign from sending, use its ordinary campaign pause as well.
  • Have campaign editing permissions and an eligible workspace. DitLead provides Auto Outreach email mailboxes, while a LinkedIn campaign requires your own connected LinkedIn account.

Steps

Step 1

Open the saved campaign

Open Campaigns and select the draft you want to run. Check that its offer and audience match the direction you reviewed. Other preview directions may also have been saved; inspect their states rather than assuming only the selected draft exists.

Step 2

Review the sequence

In Sequence, read each subject, message and follow-up. Check that the ask fits the buyer and that the copy uses accurate business claims. Fix incomplete steps, broken variables and unsupported flow branches. A saved campaign context change does not automatically rewrite existing steps, so review the actual sequence after changing the brief.

Step 3

Review the schedule and settings

Inspect the timezone, sending days, time windows, daily cap and pacing. These are operational constraints even when the platform offers unlimited email sending on paid plans. Full management can own some settings; turn it off when you need manual control rather than treating a disabled field as a broken form.

Step 4

Check channel readiness

Email publication needs an assigned, ready sender. Review use DitLead-managed mailboxes if the supplied mailbox is pending or its control is unavailable. LinkedIn steps need the appropriate connected and assigned LinkedIn account. Choosing a multi-channel audience does not create a LinkedIn account for you.

Step 5

Read the launch blocker

Open the Auto Outreach controls and inspect Launch is waiting or Needs your help. Resolve the specific issue: missing targeting, incomplete sequence, unsuitable leads, schedule, sender assignment or account state. Do not bypass a blocker by deleting required steps or repeatedly enabling agents.

Step 6

Authorize the appropriate mode

Full agent suite in the editor, or Handoff to agents in the list, gives agents broader management authority, including readiness validation and supported publication. Automatic lead replenishment leaves sequence ownership and publishing with you. Confirm the workspace master switch is on only when you want its configured agents to operate.

Step 7

Confirm publication and execution separately

Check the ordinary campaign status and Logs after readiness passes. Published, scheduled, researching and sending are different states. A published campaign may wait for its sending window or eligible contacts. Start with a focused audience, inspect early delivery and replies, and pause if the offer, targeting or results need correction.

FAQ

Is the preview’s Launch button a send-now button?

It starts the account/access and draft-preparation handoff. Actual sending requires publication and readiness. Full management can publish later when its requirements pass, so it is an approval to continue management rather than a guarantee that the campaign stays draft indefinitely.

Why is Publish blocked?

The campaign may lack usable leads, a complete saved sequence, a valid schedule or an assigned ready sender. Inspect the exact blocker and fix that prerequisite. Trial access alone is not launch readiness.

Can I keep control of publishing?

Use manual campaign control or the narrower automatic lead replenishment mode rather than the full suite. Verify the mode and the ordinary campaign status; turning off agents does not automatically pause sending in a published campaign.
