1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains when a purchase of DitLead software or digital services may be refunded, how to request a refund, and how subscription cancellation works. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
We use third-party payment processors and may use an authorized reseller or Merchant of Record. The provider identified at checkout and on your receipt may assist with billing support, returns, cancellations, and approved refunds. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
2. Our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a refund of your first payment for a new DitLead subscription within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date. If approved, this refund covers the subscription charge for that first billing period.
The guarantee does not automatically apply to subscription renewals, previously refunded accounts, separately scoped professional services, or usage-based items that have already been substantially consumed. We may still approve a full or partial refund in those circumstances where appropriate, and your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
3. Duplicate Charges, Incorrect Charges, and Non-Delivery
If you believe you were charged more than once, charged an incorrect amount, or did not receive access to the product after payment, contact us promptly. Verified duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected. If a technical problem prevents or unreasonably delays delivery, we will work with the payment provider to provide access, a replacement, or an appropriate refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
Submit your request to support@ditlead.com. You may also use the payment-support link in your receipt or billing portal when one is provided.
Include the email address used for the purchase, the transaction or invoice number if available, the purchase date, and the reason for your request. Do not email card details.
5. Review and Processing
Refund eligibility is verified using transaction records and the terms and refund policy presented when you purchased. A payment provider or Merchant of Record may provide additional refund rights under its own policy.
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method and are normally submitted within 14 days of approval, although your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your DitLead billing dashboard or through the subscription-management link supplied by the payment provider. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, you retain access until then, and no further renewal payment will be taken.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not itself refund a charge already paid. If you are also seeking a refund, submit a separate refund request under section 4.
7. Trials
The terms of any free trial, including its duration and whether payment details are required, are shown before activation. If a trial will convert into a paid subscription, the checkout will state the price, billing interval, and when the first charge will occur. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge. Where a trial does not automatically convert, you will only be charged after you separately confirm a paid purchase.
8. Consumer Withdrawal Rights
Consumers in some countries have statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights. For example, eligible consumers in the EU, EEA, and United Kingdom may have 14 days to withdraw from certain digital-content or service transactions. Those rights may be affected when you expressly request immediate access and begin using the digital product. Other jurisdictions may provide different rights.
Where applicable law or a refund policy presented by the payment provider gives you greater or non-waivable rights than this policy, those rights apply.
9. Taxes and Currency Conversion
The payment provider may calculate and collect applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, and similar taxes. Eligible business customers seeking a tax refund should contact us or the provider identified on the receipt with valid tax-registration or exemption documentation. Currency-conversion differences and fees charged independently by your bank are not controlled by DitLead.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Please contact DitLead or the payment provider before opening a chargeback so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue quickly. This does not limit any lawful right to dispute a charge. Fraudulent or abusive refund or chargeback activity may result in suspension of the related account while the transaction is investigated.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes apply prospectively from the updated date shown on this page and do not reduce rights that already attached to a completed transaction.
12. Contact and Payment Support
For product, account, billing, cancellation, or refund support, email support@ditlead.com. You may also use the payment-support link provided on your receipt.
