These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of our website located at ditlead.com (together or individually "Service") operated by DitLead.

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages.

5. Subscriptions

Some parts of Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscriptions"). Billing cycles depend on the plan selected. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless canceled. You may cancel through your account management page or by contacting support.

6. Free Trial

DitLead may offer free trials for a limited period. You may be required to enter billing information to sign up for a Free Trial. If you enter billing information, you will not be charged until the Free Trial expires. Unless you cancel, you will be automatically charged on the last day of the trial.

7. Fee Changes

We may modify Subscription fees at any time. Changes will become effective at the end of the current Billing Cycle and we will provide reasonable prior notice. Continued use after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

8. Refunds

We issue refunds for contracts within 7 days of the original purchase.

9. Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for Content you post and must ensure you have rights for it. By posting Content you grant us a license to use, modify, reproduce and distribute such Content in accordance with these Terms.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may use Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. Prohibited uses include violating laws, exploiting minors, sending spam, impersonation, infringing rights, introducing malware, attempting unauthorized access, denial-of-service attacks, and other harmful or illegal actions.

12. No Use By Minors

To submit a notification under the DMCA, provide our Copyright Agent with an electronic or physical signature, description of the copyrighted work, identification of the URL where the material exists, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. Provide feedback to support@ditlead.com. You grant us rights to use feedback and acknowledge it does not contain confidential information.

Except as prohibited by law, DitLead and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for products/services.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Service immediately for any reason. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

23. Changes To Service

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service and will not be liable if Service is unavailable for any period.

No waiver by Company shall be deemed a further waiver. If any provision is held invalid, remaining provisions continue in effect.
