Monitor Auto Outreach activity and replies

Read agent status, campaign Logs and Unibox without confusing a research task with a sent email.

7 min read

Before you start

  • Start from the saved campaign in your workspace. Keep the ordinary campaign status visible alongside its Auto Outreach status; the two answer different questions.
  • Researching, preparing a sequence, validating and launching describe tasks. Only actual campaign activity establishes that messages were sent, and only received conversations establish that replies arrived.

Steps

Step 1

Read the Auto Outreach status

Open the control in the campaign list or editor. Off means the campaign is not handed over to the full suite; Paused can reflect workspace agents being off. On means management is enabled but does not by itself establish an active task. Needs your help means a prerequisite needs attention.

Step 2

Interpret current work

Researching means the lead agent is finding and qualifying matches. Preparing sequence concerns saved campaign steps. Configuring and Validating concern campaign readiness. Launching concerns publication/dispatch, while Optimizing concerns a performance review and supported settings adjustments. A spinner is task activity, not a delivery receipt.

Step 3

Check Leads and Logs

Use the campaign’s Leads view to inspect enrolled contacts and use Logs to see campaign execution. If research produced contacts but no sends are visible, check publication, schedule and sender readiness. If the lead count did not change, research may be waiting, empty or blocked; read the control’s detail before assuming data was added.

Step 4

Open Unibox for actual conversations

Replies arrive in Unibox. Use its campaign, mailbox or conversation filters to find the relevant thread. Read the entire conversation before responding and take the next step with interested prospects. A reply alert is a signal to inspect the conversation, not proof that a deal has closed.

Step 5

Keep reply automation explicit

Auto Outreach outbound work and AI Sales Rep reply handling are distinct capabilities. Do not assume replies are automatically negotiated or answered because the outbound campaign is managed. Check the reply-handling capability and its configuration before relying on it for a conversation.

Step 6

Review outcomes before increasing volume

Compare meaningful replies and qualified conversations with bounces, failures and unsubscribes. Open rates alone are not a reliable basis for assessing this workflow. Full management can conservatively adjust supported campaign settings after enough results; inspect the saved schedule and limits when evaluating a change.

Step 7

Collect useful support evidence

If progress looks inconsistent, note the campaign, visible agent state, ordinary campaign status, time range and exact blocker. Share a minimal screenshot of the controls or Logs. Do not include recipient email addresses, message bodies, passwords or payment information unless support specifically needs an appropriate private detail.

FAQ

Does On mean emails are currently being sent?

No. It means management is enabled. The campaign may still be a draft, preparing, blocked, scheduled or waiting for eligible contacts. Check ordinary status and Logs.

Where do I see replies?

Open Unibox and inspect the campaign’s conversations. Campaign activity and a reply alert help you find the thread, but the conversation itself is the evidence of a reply.

Why is research quiet while the campaign is active?

Current contacts may still be awaiting enrollment, or the research interval, targeting, credit balance or workspace controls may prevent new work. Quiet research is not automatically a failure.
