Before you start
- Start from a researched preview and choose the audience you want to inspect first. The preview can exist before your account has trial or paid access.
- Use the account that owns or can edit the intended workspace. Access is checked for the workspace you select; an eligible account in a different workspace does not establish access here.
- Review current trial, payment and renewal terms on the secure checkout screen before submitting. This guide does not activate a trial for you or replace the terms shown there.
Steps
Continue from the preview
Choose Launch campaigns. Signed-out visitors are taken through account access and returned to the website preview. Keep using that preview and the same company domain so the selected audience can be resumed. Entering the website alone has not sent anything.
Select a workspace if prompted
If your account has several available workspaces and the destination is ambiguous, choose the intended one. If none is ready, complete organization setup first. Check the workspace identity before proceeding; the resulting campaigns, contacts and credit usage belong to that destination.
For an account awaiting trial, review activation
The app shows Start your free trial with Back to campaigns and a secure checkout area. Review the displayed plan, trial allowance and renewal terms. Complete checkout only if you intend to activate those terms. Back to campaigns returns to planning without publishing a campaign.
For an active trial or paid workspace, continue to drafts
An eligible workspace can proceed without a new trial checkout. DitLead saves the proposed audience drafts and prepares the selected campaign sequence. The campaign editor opens on its automation view once preparation is ready. This can take time; a loading state is not proof of sending.
Wait for access confirmation after checkout
After activation, the app checks workspace access before continuing. If it reports Your trial is still activating, allow activation to settle and use the available retry or confirmation control. Do not repeatedly complete checkout to solve a campaign preparation delay.
Confirm the handoff result
In Campaigns, check the created drafts and open the selected campaign. Read its Auto Outreach state, sequence and launch blocker. The full suite may publish when readiness checks pass. If you need to review without agent changes, use manage workspace and campaign controls before allowing further management.
What happens next
FAQ
Why does my account see checkout instead of the editor?
The selected workspace does not yet have the access required for this path. The app checks workspace eligibility before continuing into campaign preparation.
Should an account already on trial start another trial?
No. Verify that you signed in to the expected account and selected the eligible workspace. If that workspace still receives an activation prompt, contact support with the visible access message.
What if I close the checkout?
Use Back to campaigns to return to the preview. Closing or canceling checkout is not campaign publication. Access must be confirmed before the app continues into this gated preparation flow.
