Email sending capacity

Capacity = mailboxes × (50% of the provider's daily limit). We use 50% as the safe sending zone to protect deliverability.

Sending at the provider's hard ceiling looks abnormal and trips spam filters. Half the limit keeps you firmly in the safe zone.

Longer gaps between sends look more human but cap how many emails fit in a day — roughly -5% at 30 min, -15% at 1 h, -35% at 2 h.

Add mailboxes and domains rather than pushing a single inbox harder, and keep every mailbox warmed and authenticated.
