We compute daily capacity from your mailboxes, provider limit and sender delay, divide your contacts by it, then add time for follow-up steps.

Add mailboxes and domains, or shorten sender delays — but always stay within the safe per-inbox limit so deliverability holds.

Each additional sequence step is sent days after the previous one, so more steps stretch the overall completion window.

It's a close planning estimate. Real timing shifts with replies, pauses, weekends and warmup — treat it as a reliable guide, not a guarantee.
